FC Ranks

Archon

Archon is the leader and, in effect, the chief executive officer of GNOVA. The Archon is responsible for the conduct of, and ultimate success of the Free Company.

Responsibilities consist of:

Manage conflicts and seek peaceful resolutions, talking to each individual involved.
Maintain FC activity levels, by forming and leading groups.
Interview new FC candidates.
Formulates discussion with Archons Hand & Lead Magistrates, on any potential Lead Magistrate and Magistrate promotions.
FC member dismissal, promotions and demotions.
Documenting each member invitation, dismissal, or any incidents that need to be discussed
Spending company credits and executing FC buffs.
Full access to the FC chest to improve gift prizes, provide materia to dedicated FC crafters & gatherers.
Access to FC gil bank, to renovate the FC house, improve airships, and purchase event prizes.

Archon's Hand

The Archon’s Hand has the authority to represent and take formal actions on behalf of GNovA as authorized by the Archon. During times of absence of the Archon, the Archon’s Hand assumes their responsibility as well.

Responsibilities consist of:

Manage conflicts and seek peaceful resolutions, talking to each individual involved.
Maintain FC activity levels, by forming and leading groups.
Interview new FC candidates.
Formulates discussion with Archons Hand & Lead Magistrates, on any potential Lead Magistrate and Magistrate promotions.

Documenting each member invitation, dismissal, or any incidents that need to be discussed

Lead Magistrates

The Lead Magistrate’s main objective is to support the Archon and the Archon’s Hand with their tasks. Lead Magistrates must have strong conflict management skills, become an enabler of FC cohesiveness, and have proven trust throughout their time in the FC.

Maintain FC activity levels, by forming and leading groups.
Interview new FC candidates.
Formulates discussion with Archons, Archons Hand & other Lead Magistrates, on any potential Lead Magistrate and Magistrate promotions.
FC member promotions and demotions.
Documenting each member invitation, dismissal, or incident.
Spending company credits and executing FC buffs.
Full access to the FC chest to improve gift prizes, provide materia to dedicated FC crafters & gatherers.

magistrate

Magistrates are authorized to represent GNovA as part of the admin core. Magistrates are to interpret existing FC policies, and make decisions pursuant to these rules in the absence of the Archon, Archon’s Hand, and Lead Magistrates.

Responsibilities consist of:

Each Magistrate will be given a specific task, or admin related objective to fullfill. Each task is unique to the person, and will be required to maintain the rank. Each task will be discussed with either the Archon or Archons Hand.
Documenting and reporting any conflict to a Lead Magistrate or above.
Maintain FC activity levels, by forming and leading groups.
Participates in discussions with the Archon, Archons Hand & Lead Magistrates, on any potential Magistrate promotions.
Spending company credits and executing FC buffs.
Updating the company board, as well as promoting & attending events
Tab 1 FC Chest access for deploying & repairing FC airships.
Entrusted to deposit any FC airship treasure into the chest.

Legacy Member

The Legacy Members rank are for individuals who’ve been in GNovA for 2+ years. These individuals have had a lasting impact on the development of the FC or have retired from their official admin responsibilities.

Responsibilities consist of:

High activity levels.
Extremely kind and helpful towards others.
Putting the FC first, even during difficult times
Loyalty beyond measure (Never left the FC)
May have had previous admin related responsibilities, with a lasting impact.

Member

The Member rank is where the true building blocks of GNovA exist. We strive to ensure that each member has a place to call home. Our members decide for themselves, if they will have a lasting, positive impact within the FC. Ultimately, the reputation of GNovA comes from how each of our Members presents themselves in Eorzea.

Initiate

The Initiate rank are individuals who’ve been vouched by members of GNovA. As an Initiate, you will go through an extensive interview process to offer us an opportunity to get to know you better, go through some of the FC rules, and to get you acquainted with some of the admins and members.

Chief of Crafts

The Chief of Crafts are members whom has the ability to produce the latest recipes for all crafting jobs. While they have an obligation to craft for other FC members, this obligation is not to be taken advantage of. Crafting mats should still be provided, for members who wish to use their services. The Chief of Crafts also plays a heavy role in building & maintaining the FC airship.

Responsibilities consist of:

Full access to Tab 1 & 2 of the FC chest to help manage airship mission embarkation & project materials.
Any materia from the FC chest needed for melding thier gear (Within reasonable amounts).
Airship access – Building and maintaining the FC airship.
Freedom to renovate the FC house to thier liking.

Disciple

Disciple are members whom have the ability to create or gather materials through all of the various disciplines. They are always willing to help at a discounted price. While they have an obligation to help other FC members, this obligation is not to be taken advantage of. Crafting mats should still be provided, for members who wish to use their services.

Responsibilities consist of:

Access to the FC chest (Through Admin or Chief of Crafts) for thier crafting & gathering purposes
Any materia from the FC chest needed for melding thier gear (Within reasonable amounts).
